Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and squad licenses purchased directly from Releaseyardgrid. Complimentary scholarships and partner seats follow the terms stated in their offer letters instead.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 7 full days before the cohort start date listed on your invoice. Requests inside that window are evaluated as partial refunds or transfers.

Full refunds

If you cancel 7+ days before start and have not accessed downloadable worksheet packs or live studio links, you are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.

Partial refunds

Cancellations within 6 days of start, or after accessing materials but before the second live studio, may receive up to 50% of tuition, less any documented third-party facilitation costs for private Grid Command sessions.

Non-refundable items

Custom onsite facilitation travel booked at your request, already-issued printed workbooks shipped to you, and completed private teardown days are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@releaseyardgrid.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval. Banking networks may add additional time before funds appear.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method or bank account used on the invoice. We do not issue cash refunds at the Yan Nawa office.

Cancellation by Releaseyardgrid

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions may qualify for extended transfer windows even when refund percentages would otherwise drop. Decisions are made case by case.
